Oscar uses sports to make youth and children aware of their rights and responsibilities, develop positive attitudes and life skills in them. Since 2006, 150 children have benefited from the program. The idea of Oscar was inspired by Ashok seeing his friends drop out of school, take bad addictions and then getting married at an early age. With the help of Oscar, Ashok now dreams of shaping the next generation as responsible human beings. He is supported by Ashoka Youth Venture and has also received the Real Heroes Award by CNN and Reliance.
