JYOT aims to provide children in the community with basic reading and writing skills, which are often underdeveloped as a result of the lack of attention given to students in municipal schools. Currently, the organization is running coaching classes and is working towards setting up a library and computer centre. Over the next three years, the organization aims to reach out to 300 children. Prashant has seen various challenges faced by children wanting to pursue education in his community. By undertaking the task of tutoring these students, he wants to be able to build a solution to support them.
